1. How can you customize for our battery packs?
Contact our sales representative . Please provide the battery data request like voltage, capacity, current,power,application,dimension and other special requests. It doesn't matter if you don't fully understand these parameters, we will understand your specific situation and help you confirm.
2. What brand of cells are you using?
40% of our cells are from Japanese and Korean brands such as Panasonic, LG, Sanyo and Samsung, and 60% of our cells are from China's high- performance, high-rate, and low-resistance Grade A automotive -grade cell brands. Including China's top new energy brands LISHEN, EVE, BAK, etc. We will choose the cell brand according to your requirements. If you don't require it, we will use Chinese brand cells by default.
3. What is your MOQ?
If your battery pack is a conventional type, there is no MOQ. But if your battery pack involves special materials and needs to be customized, there may be a MOQ requirement. The specific information depends on the specific situation. If we are not restricted in the procurement of raw materials, then we will not have MOQ requirements for you.
4. What is the packaging and marking of the battery pack?
We use the neutral box & carton by default. If you need your LOGO design, customized packaging can be offered.
5. Can you offer chargers?
We can provide you the chargers, save you the trouble to find through other channels, you can rest assured that the specifications of the accessories and your battery pack must match. We will do the matching working for the batteries and chargers.
